Luxury (Speed) Day Boat with Professional Skipper/Boat Toys/Onboard Picnic

• The skipper will meet you in our office/reception at the entrance to the marina, to fit you out from a selection of flotation jackets, water skiis and wakeboards. He will grab the picnic from our kitchen, a cool box full of chilled drinks, and take you down to your day boat (speedboat) for your 4 hour adventure out on the water.

Does NOT include the fuel consumed. The skipper will stop at the marina fuel pontoon on your return into the marina, and you will pay with your credit card to fill the fuel tank up. This usually costs between €60-80, depending obviously on the amount of fuel consumed and the price, which fluctuates at the pump.

a) Changes or cancellations must be communicated to SailNPlay / SailNStay in writing (email or SMS) or by telephone.
A change or cancellation is only valid once it is acknowledged and confirmed by us via reply email.

b) If you wish to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

1. More than 7 days before the charter date:

• 100% of the deposit or full payment will be refunded (whichever applies),
• Less any fees incurred.

1. Less than 7 days before the charter date:

• We will re-schedule the charter, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, no refund of the deposit or full payment will be issued.

1. Less than 48 hours before the charter:

• You will be liable to pay the full amount if we cannot resell or reschedule your booking.

1. Cancellation, no-show, or late arrival on the day:

• No refund of the deposit.
• Full payment will be due.

Cancellations by SailNPlay

If a cruise must be cancelled by us, all reasonable steps will be taken to notify customers as soon as possible.
All monies paid in advance will be fully refunded.

We also reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Weather or sea conditions
• Riots
• Terrorism
• Strikes
• Fire
• Natural or man-made disasters
• Road closures or delays
• Flight cancellations

In these cases, all monies paid in advance will be fully refunded.

Vessel Changes

We reserve the right to switch you between the catamaran and the motor yacht (and vice-versa) if operational or weather-related conditions require this on the day of your trip.

Public Cruises – Minimum Guest Requirement

Public cruises require a minimum of 8 guests in order to depart.

• If the minimum is not reached, you will be notified and offered the choice to:
• Join an alternative cruise with sufficient bookings, or
• Receive a full refund of your deposit if the alternative is not suitable.

This situation is rare but may occur more frequently during out-of-season periods.
